Zoe the Dairy Cow Moo-ves Into Matthys!

Our students had an incredible learning experience today thanks to Dusty Boullion and his amazing cow Zoe from Southwest Dairy Farmers! They taught us all about dairy cows, the journey of dairy products from farm to table, and even gave a live milking demonstration.
And that’s not all—PISD Superintendent Dr. Toni Lopez surprised us with a special visit! We loved having her join in on the fun and learning.
